Meet Pastor Tom and Melissa

Pastor Tom Cooke holds a Graduate of Theology degree from Ambassador Baptist College. He and his wife Melissa, whom he married November 6, 1970, shared a burden for our military men and women. After joining forces with Armed Forces Baptist Missions in 2008 they knew the LORD had called them to Colorado Springs, CO., where in April of 2009 he became the first pastor of Emmanuel Independent Baptist Church which is close to Fort Carson. Prior to that he preached and helped Church’s in Ohio and West Virginia. He also served as a deacon in his sending Church in North Carolina. He and his wife Melissa have dedicated their lives to serving the LORD.
